Dolce Gusto's challenge was to create a concept with a visual and verbal identity that conveyed all the strategic points of the service/product: a digital signature with a personalized box of Dolce Gusto capsules. The new name of this product/service system should deliver, in a direct and distinctive way, the invitation to the consumer for a journey of experimentation with the different flavors and types of drinks that the brand offers.
This is how DGusta was born, a concept that brings in its name the invitation to the different moments of flavor that Dolce Gusto offers, with light and colorful illustrations that explore scenes and phrases to reinforce this stimulus, also inspiring the different moments of consumption.
The box's thought-provoking and high-spirited look corresponds to yet another service requirement, arousing in the consumer the desire to leave the box exposed and allowing the visual experience of unboxing.
